Santosh Kumar is a lead SAP solutions architect at SAP America Inc. with over a decade of professional experience in SAP financials solutions, including financial supply chain management, FICO/FICA, SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting, and SAP S/4HANA. He currently offers expert guidance to Premium Engagements customers across industries such as high-tech, professional services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retail, and oil and gas. At SAP, his role is to help customers realize the optimal business value from their critical financials business processes by finding the desired solutions within SAP-defined architecture, providing design guidance, and pursuing customer advocacy by being a bridge between customers and SAP product development teams worldwide.
