Rinky Karthik
Rinky Karthik is a principal solution architect with the SAP SuccessFactors HR Cloud Architect and Advisory team. Rinky has an MBA in human resources and more than 18 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. Rinky started her career as an on-premise SAP HCM consultant and has been part of many SAP HCM global implementations in diverse roles. She’s been actively engaged in the SAP SuccessFactors cloud HR suite since 2011, and has many certifications in SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning. She has been a part of many SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, specializing mostly in SAP on-premise to SAP SuccessFactors cloud transformation projects as a solution architect. In her role as a cloud solution architect, she has provided advisory services associated with core HR/talent management processes, including deployment strategy, instance strategy, cross-module strategy, and optimization efforts for global SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects. Rinky is the author of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: A Complete Integration Guide and has contributed valuable content to the SAP HCM ecosystem with her blogs, whitepapers, and articles.
